We bring you a deeper understanding of the world of your customers and help you use this insight to give your business clarity and direction.

Live up to your potential

Close your eyes. Imagine your business firing on all fronts. Customers, employees and investors are over the moon. You’re operating at 100% of your potential.

Now open your eyes and face reality. What percentage of your potential are you actually hitting right now?

Warning signs

With a bit of coaching from us, you can get rid of the bad habits holding your business back. Do any of these examples sound familiar?

  • Me Me Me

The word ‘customer’ is used a lot. You might even have a slogan like ‘putting the customer first’. But actually, your organisation spends most of its time looking inwards and thinking about itself. Your people don’t fully understand your customers, so designing relevant products and services is tricky.

  • Action man

You are very, very busy, always rushing around. You go from meeting to meeting with mountains of actions to complete. You have no time to think. You’re worried that your company is busily tackling the wrong problem, but have no time to challenge this. You’re just racing to keep up.

  • Robot

Your company feels like a machine. If you want to get anything done, you have to fight the machine. People don’t feel comfortable enough to bring their real selves to work, so they lose their shine and passion. If your family could hear the kind of gobbledegook language you use at work, they’d look confused or burst out laughing.

  • Uncoordinated

Your company’s left hand doesn’t know what its right hand is doing. People don’t understand each other’s roles and there’s no sharing or collaboration.

A bit about us

How we work (and what we love about it)

Too many businesses punch below their weight. The main reason is that they simply don’t look at things from the customer’s point of view. This means that their vision isn’t grounded in reality. And they become preoccupied with the way their own business operates.

What we love doing is provoking change. Even small improvements can have a real impact on a business, boosting the happiness of employees and customers.

We take the ‘outside-in’ view – where the thinking starts with the external context and customers, rather than introspection.

As a fast growing business, we face the challenge of developing and implementing a clear strategy without neglecting day to day management needs.  Boundless have quickly understood what’s important for us in our business and have been able to offer an experienced external perspective which has been hugely valuable.  The insights they provide are relevant, well observed and clearly articulated.  We plan to work with them on an ongoing basis to challenge our adherence to our strategy and the actions we are taking to deliver it.  We would wholeheartedly commend their work.”
